How do I book a trailer?

Visit our Trailers page, choose the trailer you need, and select your pickup and return dates. Complete the booking form with your contact info, upload your documents, sign the rental contract, and pay. The entire process takes about 10 minutes online.

Can I book same-day?

Yes, same-day bookings are available when the trailer is not already reserved. Book online and you can pick up within a couple hours once your documents and contract are processed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a one-day rental charge. No-shows forfeit the full rental amount.

What trailers do you have?

We currently offer a 20ft car hauler (10,000 lb GVWR) and a 12ft hydraulic dump trailer (10,000 lb GVWR). Both are well-maintained and ready for heavy-duty work.

What hitch type do I need?

Both trailers use a standard 2-5/16 inch ball hitch. Most full-size trucks and SUVs can tow our trailers with the right hitch setup. Make sure your tow vehicle is rated for the trailer's GVWR.

How does contactless pickup work?

Two hours before your scheduled pickup, we text you a 6-digit lockbox code. At our Phoenix yard, enter the code on the lockbox, grab the trailer keys, and go. No waiting, no coordination needed.

Where is the pickup location?

Our trailers are located at our yard in Phoenix, AZ. You'll receive the exact address and directions after your booking is confirmed.

How do I return the trailer?

Return works the same way as pickup. Drive the trailer back to our yard, park it in the designated spot, put the keys back in the lockbox, and lock it up. Make sure the trailer is reasonably clean - excessive debris will incur additional cleaning charges.

How much does it cost to rent a trailer?

Both trailers rent for $110/day, $550/week, or $2,000/month. All rentals include a refundable $250 security deposit. Arizona transaction privilege tax is added at checkout.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment system. Payment is collected at the time of booking. The security deposit is authorized on your card and released after the trailer is returned in good condition.

Do I need my own insurance?

Yes. You must carry valid auto liability insurance that covers towing a trailer. We require a photo of your current insurance card during the booking process. Your policy must be active for the entire duration of your rental.

What documents do I need to rent?

You need a valid U.S. driver's license (front and back photos) and a current auto insurance card. All documents are uploaded securely through the booking portal. We verify your documents before generating your lockbox code.
